【大.纪.元;1月30日讯】大.纪.元;摄影记者奚望 赵亮摄影/2005年1月29日 (周六) 下午 1﹕00 – 5﹕00 pm，在美国首都华盛顿DC市中心国家广场 (National Mall) 举办“悼念紫阳，告别中共”国际大集会。美国国会众议院民主党领袖南希．普露西(Nancy Pelosi)与二十多位各界人士出席致辞。集会通告中直接对中国政府（非中共）喊话，强调给赵紫阳一个公正的评价是提供中国现领导人一个忏悔的机会，是提供广大的中共党员主动脱离中共，洗刷过失的珍贵机会。
