瓦尔内明德（Warnemünde）是德国东北部城市罗斯托克的一处海滨度假区，沿波罗的海（德语：Ostsee）而建。

德国大部分国土位于内陆，因此这里每年都吸引到很多喜欢天然海滨的人来此度假。
