我差不多每天都會去桃園市蘆竹區的鄉下散步，經常看到有些愛花人士在他們家的前院栽種各類花草或小灌木。

如果看到一些特殊的花卉，我會停下來靜靜地觀賞，或是研究它的生態，屋主看到了也不以為意。但如果我拿著寫生簿站在他家圍牆前面寫生，他們就會好奇的湊過來看看，有時會發出一聲讚嘆；大多數的人只是靜靜的看一看就走開了，未發一語。

I almost go for a walk in the countryside of Lu-zhu Dist. of Taoyuan every day, usually I see many flowers lovers plant all kinds of flowers and bushes in their front yard.  If I see something special, I will stop and watch quietly or study its ecology, the house-owner does not mind at all when he sees me study his flowers. However, if I do painting with my sketchbook standing in front of the fence of their house, they usually approach me curiously and take a look, sometimes they make a compliment; most of them just quietly take a look and leave without saying a word.@
