Former Taiwan Normal University Arts College president Professor Zhang Qinglang, saw Shen Yun in Taipei in 2007, and said it was the best performance in Taiwan. This year he came back, the third year in a row, to see Shen Yun in Taipei.

台灣師範大學前藝術學院院長張清郎教授，看了2007年台北神韻後說在台灣神韻是最好的表演，今年他再度來觀賞神韻連續第三年在台北的演出。
[Zhang Qinglang, Leading Music Scholar]:
"Today i have watched it and I'm very moved, especially the set, the media on the stage, the lighting, the images on the screen are very beautiful, what is more the events on stage match up with the screen."
重要音樂學者張清郎教授說：「今天我看了神韻，而且我非常感動，尤其是背景、舞台上的多媒體、燈光，天幕上的景象都非常美，而且表演和天幕搭配的天衣無縫。」
Professor Zhang is a leading scholar of vocal music.
張教授是聲樂界的重要學者。
"Of the two singers who just performed, one male, one female, the man sang extremely well."

He also expressed his admiration of the dance side of the performance.
他也表達他對舞蹈表演方面的欽佩。
"Dance, of course, is the most important part of the program, I feel there aren't words to describe it. The group dances, being able to dance like that. I have never seen something so moving. Just a while ago when I saw the last dance, of the first act I was so moved I shed tears."
