回到他的故乡寻找

拿锄头掘地寻找

He busies himself running around
He goes back to his native place to seek
To seek from within his ancestors’ memorial tablets
To seek from his native people
To seek by digging into the ground
But he fails to find his root
Still he does not abandon his hope
He is on the seeking without sparing any effort
Running around like a chicken with its head cut off
He is exhausted
Still he fails to find it
Finally he gets the answer
From within his vein —
His blood tells him the answer
The root is DNA
