我常觉得绘画、诗歌、音乐和文学其实是分不开的，都有其共通性——节奏感。

让人朗朗上口的文章或诗词，往往都具有音乐的节奏和律动感。而一幅好的绘画作品更能让人感受到画里涵育的音乐性。所以擅于绘画的人一定擅于唱歌，擅于写作，擅于弹琴，甚或也擅于下棋，因为这些技艺都有其共通性——节奏感。

平日我雅爱唱唱歌，旅行时，在游览车上唱卡拉OK，往往抢麦克风不放。有时和好友吕汉钦先生合唱，他唱主调，我唱和声，偶尔采“随机轮唱”或哼三、五度的口哨声来相配，这种唱法往往能搏得全车人热烈的掌声与共鸣。

Usually, I believe painting, poetry, music and literature, in fact, are inseparable because they all have one thing in common - rhythm.

The catchy articles or poems usually are with music tempo and rhythm. And a good painting makes people feel the music rhythm inside. So, people who are good at painting, must be good at singing, must be good at writing, must be good at playing the piano or even must be good at playing chess because all these skills have the same commonality - rhythm.

I like singing, when traveling, I sing karaoke on the tour bus and grab the microphone all the time. Sometimes with my friend Mr. Lu Han-qin, we sing together, he sing the melody and I sing chorus. Occasionally we take "random singing" or we are humming three or five degrees sound match up each other, which always leads enthusiastic applauses and resonance giving to us from all people in the car.＠
