杉林溪，细细的，浅浅的
像一条丝线，串起了
松泷岩、燕庵、森林公园、青龙瀑布
以及一座座山、一片片林

正是春日
晨曦微微
空气清新而微润
很适于作深呼吸

呼出喧嚣，吸进幽静
呼出枯黄，吸进翠绿
呼出厌烦，吸进愉悦
呼出市尘，吸进山林

我胸中遂有了一个世外桃源：
落英缤纷
忽逢桃花林
并晤见了陶渊明

Shan Lin Shi, narrow and shallow
Like a strand of silk thread, string together
Songlong Cliff, Swallow Nunnery, Forest Park
Qinglong Falls, mountains and trees

It was a spring day
At daybreak
The air was fresh, moist
And fit for deep breathing

Exhaling noisiness while inhaling tranquility
Exhaling yellowness while inhaling greenness
Exhaling vexations while inhaling happiness
Exhaling polluted city while inhaling wooded hills

Hence a Land of Peach Blossoms suddenly appeared in my mind:
Along a secluded path covered with fallen petals
I stepped into a peach woods
And met Tao Yuanming @
