常常，我在海边，看见许多有着各种形象的海岩，在向人们展示造物者的神雕，尤其是在岩岸的海边，像佳乐水，像野柳，那些形象更是显明突出：河马、女王头、鸳鸯巢、大蜥蜴、大海龟、花瓶石……
那是一种奇迹，一种完美的艺术品，一种精致的雕塑，形象逼真，色彩自然，令人见了，为之神往沉迷，产生许多幻想。
常常，我要为其技艺之神奇而叹为观止，而惊怖，而颤栗……。
那是心灵的惊怖。那是心灵的颤栗。
那是怎么创造出来的？那是怎样一只神雕的手所创造出来的？
该说是造物者创造的。他不仅只是一只手。他有千手。海浪、海风和时间都是的。手中执握的是斧，是锯，是凿子，是铁锤，是雕刻刀，是彩笔……
海风飕搜地吹过。海浪轰轰地撞击，迸发出雪白的水花。时间沙沙地踅过。这是造物者神雕的手在工作，在挥发力量。
锤呀！锯呀！敲呀！打呀！削呀！凿呀！雕呀！刻呀！刷呀！彩呀！……
乒乒乓乓，咯咯咯咯，叮叮当当，啪啪啪啪，沙沙沙沙……各种声音不停地竞相发出……。
它们雕刻着，孜孜不倦地，专心致志地。
它们塑造着，孜孜不倦地，专心致志地。
它们雕刻着，塑造着，日夜不停。
于是，一个个形象出现了。
于是，一尊尊塑像完成了。
于是，一件件作品展现了。
那是最完美的艺术作品。那是最精致的雕塑。
那些形象是那么逼真！那些雕塑是那么精致！那些线条是那么完美！那些色彩是那么自然！
我禁不住神往沉迷。
我禁不住惊怖颤栗。
我禁不住要大声赞美讴歌！
Magical Carve Hsu ChiCheng
By the sea side, I often view there are every kind of image on the sea rock, exhibits the magical carve, especially by the sea side of rocky coast, for instant, Jialeshuei, Yeliu, the images is special noticeable and sticking out: the hippopotamus, the queen’s head rock, the Mandarin duck’ s nest, big lizard, the big thalassian, the carved ivory vase…
It’s a kind of miracle, a kind of perfect work of art, a kind of sculpture work elaborately, the image is lifelike, natural colour, let us to be carried away and indulge in, be in fancy.
For its magic art, I often admire deeply, scare, and shiver…
It’s the scare of mind. It’s the shiver of mind.
How does it created? What a hand of magic carve is it created?
It ought to say it’s created by Creator. He doesn’t just a hand. He has thousand of hands. Sea wave, sea wind and time all are. Which holds on his hands are axe, saw, chisel, hammer, burin, painting brush…
The sea wind blows with rustling. The sea wave rushes with bump, sparkles snow-white water bloom. The time passes with rustling. It’s the creator who works with his magic hands, and plays the role of his power.
Oh, hammer! Oh, saw! Oh, beat! Oh, knock! Oh, Peel! Oh, chisel! Oh, Sculpture! Oh, curve! Oh, brush! Oh, paint!...
Ping pang ping pang, squeak squeak squeak squeak, clap clap clap clap, din dong ding dong, pa pa pa pa, sha sha sha sha…every kind of sound incessantly…
They carve, assiduously, be wholly absorbed.
They mould, assiduously, be wholly absorbed.
They carve, they mould, incessantly, day after night.
So, an image after an image appears.
So, a statue after a statue appears.
So, a work after a work emerges.
It’s the most perfect work of art.
It’s the most perfect sculpture work elaborately.
So lifelike the imagines are . So elaborate the sculptures are. So perfect the lines are. So natures the colours are.
I can not help to be indulged.
I can not help to be scare and shiver.
