朝八晚五，我被手表控制着

有些话非说不可，有些事非做不可

现在，我像一个囚徒，被释放了
是自从退休以后
我可以睡到自然醒
我可以过我小时的日子
我可以整天窝在家里从事我喜爱的写读
我可以依日影的推移行事
我并且可以胡须头发不理，任其自由疯长

我是一匹无缰的野马
爱怎样就怎样，要去哪里就去哪里

Some one has found I am not quite the same as ever
The difference is: I do not wear watch any more
Therefore, the trace the watch made on my wrist disappeared

Well, going to work at eight in the morning
And getting off work at five in the afternoon
I was fettered by time like a prisoner for several decades
And always was in control of the watch every day

I can go wherever I please
